The SFMOMA Museum Store stands behind the quality of our curated collection and offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

  Securely pack the item in its original box along with all tags, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip to ensure a smooth inspection.

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
